Stay away from Baltimore. (Not a good area)

Other than that, I've never been there, but it is where the politicians are so the strip clubs, cocaine, and hookers should be quality

DC downtown is pretty bunk. I have played a few shows at the Black Cat in downtown DC. Not the best area. I am sure that if you cruise around during the day you'll be good though.
