I spent the weekend without turnung on my computer and I loved it.
Saturday night the wife and I put "boy" to bed and turned on the tv. Watched multiple episodes of this show called "The Locater." That is a quality show, enough to make a grown man cry. The guy, Troy Dunn basically finds people who have been seperated for various reasons and reunited them. Talk about a feel good show, its excellent, highly recommended. Check your local listings.
I also decided to check in with what the kids are watching and flipped on MTV over the weekend. And holy crap what a waste of a tv channel that is. There is absolutely nothing redeemable about the garbage that is put on that channel. I know things have changed but where the fuck is the "music" in Music Television? I saw a preview for a show called "Bromance" are you fucking kidding me? I was wrong, this is why Vince hates me!! This is the reason why people kill each other, and why countries go to war. Such useless crap. Oh and by the way, is Lil Wayne the ugliest and least talented famous person on the earth... I believe so. I'm going back into my bubble and pretending that MTV went of the air when they cancelled "Yo! MTV Raps" with Ed Lover and Dre.
WWE had their Tribute to the Troops which is great, but since I'm not a troop the NBC special doesn't do much for me. The USO is great and should be supported and have specials like this. Maybe I'm old fashion but charity is like humping a fat chick, you don't go around announcing that you do it.
Speaking of WWE, I watched Smackdown and don't have high hopes for the new champion. I see short reign all over this, and its to bad. WWE could go in a different direction, but they can't keep the belt of HHH for to long or else Stephanie will throw a fit. Look for HHH to be the Hardy "attacker" its a perfect way to facilitate a heel turn and lend creedance to Hardy's getting closer and closer to reaching his goal making the Nose nervous.
For all of you out there thinking of committing murder and then suicide, remember that the suicide comes first then the murder.
