What do the police go to such lengths to protect you from exactly?
The po-po are there to keep us in line, same here in the UK, if you were getting attacked would you trust your local police force to protect you, I certainly wouldn't.

3rd do you really have to ask whether anyone would fuck with Rampage? Anyway if it was only property damage jail time isn't likely;

If you or I did a hit and run and fled from the cops we'd do some time maybe just a weekend but still a little.

I think you missed Rick's obvious humor. The Ufc game is called "Undisputed" there is the Wesley Snipes movie "Undisputed" in which Ving Rhames is the Heavyweight Champ, goes to jail and gets his ass kicked by Snipes.
