After this weekends UFC event one thing has become clear, there is no real threat to BJ Penn's dominance in the UFC's Lightweight division.
By my count the top lightweights in the world do not fight in the UFC. Not a good sign for a organzation that claims to be home of the best fighters in the world. At UFC 101 Penn dispatched the UFC's #2 and my #7 lightweight in the world, Kenny Florian.

Feel free to disagree but how would you rank it? The UFC needs to take some of that Fedor money and bolster a very weak division.
